All karma done with out expectation of gains/profits/fruit/result and so on, are  far superior than the karmas with huge expectations of results. Yavan-artthah   udapane   sarvvtah   samplutodake, Tavan   sarvveshu   vedeshu   bhrapmanasya   vijanatah. ................................................................ Vasamsi    jeernnani   yatha    vihaaya, Navani   grhnnati    naro    paranni, Tatha    sareeranni    vihaaya    jeernnani, Anyaati    samyaati    navani    dehee. Narah    yatha    =    Hunan beings   which  way, Jeernnani   vaasamsi   vihaya   =    Discard    worn out and  torn  cloths, Navaani    aparanni    grahnnati    =    Accept and start  using  new   cloths, Yatha   dehee    =    That way,  body  conscious   ( accepted and living in a body )  jeevatma, Jeernnani   sareeranni   vihaya    =    Discard, and leave the  old decayed body, Navaani   anyaani   samyaati     =    ( Jeevatma ), Accept  another new body. The Jeevatma which is occupying, beyond our inner equipment, forgetting its own Supreme nature, becomes body conscious, and observes its body karmas as its own, thereafter to foolish jeeva. The body conscious jeeva is known as 'Dehee'.

(Jnana-karma-sanyasa-yogam ), Slokam-1.  As far as Bharatheeya ( people of Bharatham ) is concerned, there is no place for novelty in the field of "Adhyatmikam" ( Spirituality ), they ( people ) have no attraction to any thing new, until and unless the novelty gets cleared and approved by the Veda, it is not accepted  as the part of Brahma-vidya, hence it is understood that, our cultural identity is rooted in Veda.This slokam is a starter of this principle, Lord Krishna begins with this slokam as the continuation of previous chapter. Slokam : Imam   vivasvate   yogam   proktavan-aham-avyayam, Vivasvan   manave   praaha   manu-ikshakave   abraveet.
