YUKT  AHARA  VIHARASYA  YUKT  CESHTASYA  KARMASU,

YUKT  SVAPNA  AVABODASYA  YOGO  BAVADI  DUKKHAH.


ONE WHO TAKES STABLE ,CONTROLLED,  CONSISTENT FOOD, MEDIUM, CONTROLLED  ACTIVITIES, DOING KARTAVYA KARMA PROPORTIONATELY  CONTROLLED SLEEP AND AWAKENING, :- [ONE HAS THESE QUALITIES] YOGI ONLY     IS CAPABLE TO GET RID OF SORROW.

A PERSON  WHO PRACTICES MEDITATION MUST HAVE THIS QUALITY.
