TAVAT  KAMAA  YAM  PRAVISANTHI  SARVE

SA SANTHIMAAPNOTI NA  KAAMAKAMEE.


An ocean is continuously filled by other water sources [rivers,etc], and the how the  ocean remains undisturbed, like wise when the kama[desires] come across and pass over, who,  the person keeps calm and cool, experiences peace. One who succumbed by desires and could not come out of it never feels peace.
